Silestone is an engineered Quartz surface. It is comprised of 93% Quartz and 7% Epoxy binder. Formed as very dry mix it is vibrated and compacted under intense pressure in a special machine in Spain. Truly a unique product Silestone is a cleaner safer countertop because of the integration of Microban, which disrupts the growth of bacteria on the countertop and over time will kill it.
We have been proud to carry Silestone for over ten years now! And we now have kitchen that are out of warranty and have yet to have any problems.
